Job Description
We are a thriving group private practice with a strong commitment to therapist development through a strong supervision, training, and mentorship model. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented, with an emphasis on building confident, skilled clinicians who are able to integrate advanced therapeutic approaches into their work.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a licensed or pre-licensed therapist who is:
  • Passionate about working with children, couples, and families.
  • Skilled or interested in developing competence in experiential modalities (EMDR, sensorimotor, polyvagal informed, parts-based, somatic, art, sand tray, etc... periodic training provided).
  • Ideally able to provide some late afternoon and/or evening availability.
  • Willing to provide full time hybrid availability (25+ sessions weekly).
  • Committed to a collaborative, learning-centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality individual, couple, family, and child therapy sessions.
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision (for associates), continued professional development training, and case consultation (3 hours per week total commitment).

Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinician or Registered Associate with BBS in California.
  • Experience or interest in working with children, couples, and families.
  • Interest in learning or enhancing skills in somatic and experiential modalities
