Position: Child and Teen Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapist
Location: Conroe, TX
Setting: In-person with some Telehealth flexibility
Client Focus: Children (5+) through teens and adults

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for individuals and groups
  • Coordinate care with other providers as needed
  • Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices
Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Texas clinical license (or provisional)
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
  • BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation

Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload. Therapists enjoy flexible scheduling and one of the most sought-after practice environments in the greater Houston area.  We will go through this in detail when we have our initial Teams meeting before clinical interviews.
