Work Environment

This role is designed to offer complete flexibility, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is full-time, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office model emphasizes accessibility, allowing therapists to provide assistance to clients from various backgrounds, regardless of their location. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions online using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their healing journey and overall mental health growth.
  • Regularly engage in professional development and training sessions to remain current with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback aimed at improving clinical processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of care delivery.
  • Document therapy sessions thoroughly and accurately within our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Be A Problem Solver, you will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. With a focus on creating a safe and inclusive space, you will provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more, helping clients navigate their unique life circumstances and promoting lasting positive change.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a virtual therapeutic environment, demonstrating adaptability to online counseling formats.
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities will be considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with various evidence-based practices that can be employed in a remote setting, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and credentials. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
