What is a Solventless Extraction job?

A Solventless Extraction job involves extracting cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis without using chemical solvents like butane or ethanol. Instead, it relies on mechanical methods such as heat, pressure, or ice water to separate the resin from the plant material. Common techniques include rosin pressing, ice water (bubble) hash, and dry sift. Professionals in this role must understand temperature control, filtration, and pressing techniques to produce high-quality, pure concentrates. This position requires attention to detail and knowledge of cannabis strains to optimize yields and product quality.
