Team members regularly inspect and maintain equipment, log detailed batch information, and adhere closely to safety and sanitation protocols. Collaboration with quality assurance, packaging, and cultivation teams is common to ensure consistent standards across all products. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires careful attention to detail to meet both regulatory and company-specific quality guidelines.

What is solventless extraction?

A Solventless Extraction job involves extracting cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis without using chemical solvents like butane or ethanol. Instead, it relies on mechanical methods such as heat, pressure, or ice water to separate the resin from the plant material. Common techniques include rosin pressing, ice water (bubble) hash, and dry sift. Professionals in this role must understand temperature control, filtration, and pressing techniques to produce high-quality, pure concentrates. This position requires attention to detail and knowledge of cannabis strains to optimize yields and product quality.
