The Solutions Specialist works closely with clients, the Client Success team, and internal departments to design and deliver optimal solutions for customer configurations and integrations. This role focuses on implementing client configuration tickets, troubleshooting production issues, and acting as a bridge between system integrations and product teams to drive platform improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Client Configuration:
- Complete and implement client configuration tickets in line with project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure configurations meet client expectations and system standards
Client Interaction and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to review and discuss configuration settings
- Join client calls to present solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns regarding configurations and integrations
Problem Solving and Support:
