Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gross Annual Base Salary: USD 120,000-149,750

Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.

Summary

The Express Solutions Manager is responsible for providing technical guidance throughout the express solutions delivery process. This role will collaborate on the design of solutions and the end-to-end technical architecture to ensure alignment with organizational and business objectives. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform, contribute to organizational enablement, and drive the successful implementation of high-impact solutions. This role also involves leading key workstreams and ensuring that strategic objectives are met on time. The Express Solutions Manager will prepare and deliver presentations at global conferences, showcasing the team's innovations. This role requires staying up to date with platform capabilities, solutions, emerging technologies, and industry trends, which will inform solution strategy contributions. The Express Solutions Manager has strong communication skills, the ability to interpret and organize complex business and technical requirements, and a proven track record of contributing to high-quality solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Design and develop cutting-edge financial solutions that resolve customer business challenges.
    • Integrate new platform features and functionalities that improve user experience and reduce customer time to value.
    • Organizational Enablement:
      • Provide technical support, lead training sessions and workshops, and develop comprehensive documentation to empower internal teams and customers.
      • Develop and contribute to best practices and standards for solution development.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams, cultivating a collaborative environment and alignment of goals.
    • Workstream Leadership:
      • Direct key workstreams, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.
      • Manage resources, project timelines, and communications to keep stakeholders informed.
    • Quality Assurance and Testing:
      • Conduct unit testing to validate that solutions meet quality and functionality requirements.
    • Global Presentations:
      • Prepare and deliver presentations at global conferences to showcase new solutions and platform functionality, effectively communicating technical concepts to a diverse audience.

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, or equivalent technical experience.
    • 2-5 years of professional experience in CPM or ERP software implementations or development.
    • SQL and object-oriented (VB.Net, C#) coding experience.
    • Possess strong oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Demonstrated experience with MS Office.
    • Exhibits critical thinking and an analytical background.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Understanding of financial concepts (financial statements).
    • Portfolio of designed and delivered solutions.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
    • Prior experience with any of the following products:
      • OneStream.
      • SAP Outlooksoft BPC.
      • SAP BOFC (Cartesis).
      • HFM. (Hyperion Financial Management)
      • FDM. (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
      • Hyperion Planning.
      • Hyperion Essbase.
      • IBM Cognos.
      • Or other EPM solutions.
