What is a solutions associate?

Solutions Associates are professionals who work with clients to identify business needs and recommend tailored solutions, often involving products or services from their company. They collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet client requirements and drive value. Solutions Associates may also assist in implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to clients. Their role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

How does a solutions associate typically collaborate with sales and technical teams during client engagements?

As a Solutions Associate, you play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams by translating client needs into actionable solutions. You often participate in client meetings alongside sales representatives to gather requirements, then work closely with technical staff to design tailored solutions that address those needs.
