You often participate in client meetings alongside sales representatives to gather requirements, then work closely with technical staff to design tailored solutions that address those needs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you'll coordinate feedback and ensure all teams are aligned throughout the sales and implementation process. Effective collaboration helps streamline project delivery and improves client satisfaction.
