What jobs will no longer exist in 2030?

The Solution Tree role, often related to educational or organizational consulting, is unlikely to disappear entirely by 2030. However, some administrative or routine jobs may decline due to automation and AI advancements, emphasizing skills in technology, data analysis, and adaptability. Jobs requiring repetitive tasks are most at risk of obsolescence, while roles involving complex problem-solving and human interaction are expected to persist.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Solution Tree is not a specific job role; however, high-paying jobs that can reach $10,000 a month without a degree include roles like sales managers, real estate brokers, or skilled trades such as electricians and plumbers, especially with experience and certifications. Success in these fields often depends on skills, reputation, and performance rather than formal education.

Solution Tree is a company that offers educational resources, not a job role. Generally, jobs suited for individuals with ADHD often involve hands-on tasks, variety, and opportunities for movement, such as roles in trades, entrepreneurship, creative fields, or emergency services. These jobs can benefit from flexible schedules, short-term projects, and environments that minimize routine monotony.

Become the Lawn Detective Homeowners Can't Live Without.
Some people see a struggling lawn. You see a mystery waiting to be solved. You know that the right diagnosis, the right application, and the right care can turn a problem property into a neighborhood showpiece - and you take real pride in making that happen.
At Ryan Lawn & Tree, we're looking for a Turf Trainee who's ready to be both a skilled technician and a trusted advisor - the person homeowners call when their lawn needs saving and the person who delivers results that actually last.
Who We Are
Ryan Lawn & Tree is a $100M+ professional lawn and landscape company and one of the most respected names in the Midwest - serving customers across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. As a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company, we believe our people are our greatest competitive advantage. What You'll Do
  • Own your route. Manage a route of 400-500 customers, delivering consistent, high-quality service on every visit.
  • Diagnose and solve. Identify lawn problems others can't see and prescribe specific solutions that actually work for each individual property.
  • Deliver the full package. Complete turf bid requests, fertilization applications, aeration, seeding, and service calls across your customer base.
  • Be the expert. Develop a thorough knowledge of turfgrass practices as well as all other Ryan services so you can be a true resource for your customers.
  • Build relationships. Provide excellent account management and customer service - earning the trust of homeowners who take pride in their outdoor spaces.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
  • Valid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) within 3 months
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset and a genuine love for the outdoors

Why Ryan Lawn & Tree?
  • Strong Pay - Starting at $43,000+ depending on experience, plus bonuses available
  • Employee Ownership - 100% ESOP - when Ryan wins, you win
  • Full Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision insurance
  • 401(k) - With company match
  • Time Off - 17 PTO days + 11 paid holidays
  • Stability - Full-time, year-round employment

Ready to Transform Lawns and Build a Career You're Proud Of?
If you love the outdoors, have a knack for solving problems, and want to grow with a company that genuinely invests in its people - we want to hear from you.
Ryan is proud to be a non-smoking, equal opportunity employer.
