Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Regularly assess client progress against set therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Provide teletherapy options accommodating clients' varying preferences for service delivery, making mental health support accessible regardless of physical location.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards, including thorough progress notes and treatment updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). A Bachelor’s degree, combined with a Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, is required. Preferred Experience
