Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience performing as a Scrum Master, RTE, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes
  • Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams
  • Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments, and provide recommended solutions
  • Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
