Job description

Position Summary

SD Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the Key Personnel supporting the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Real Estate Management Division (REMD). The Project Manager will oversee contract execution and provide strategic leadership for administrative and operational support services that enable TSA's real estate portfolio management activities.

This position serves as the primary point of contact between SD Solutions and the Government and is responsible for ensuring successful contract performance, quality management, staffing oversight, deliverable execution, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface between SD Solutions and the TSA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Provide overall contract, program, and personnel management.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and quality throughout contract performance.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), transition plan, staffing plan, and quality management processes.
  • Oversee development of executive briefings, reports, dashboards, communications, and management documentation.
  • Coordinate activities across TSA REMD branches and other Government stakeholders.
  • Lead contract transition activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity of operations.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Federal regulations, and SD Solutions' Quality Management System.
  • Review and approve all contract deliverables prior to Government submission.
  • Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with Government leadership.
  • Manage staffing, employee performance, cross-training, retention, and surge support requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders throughout contract performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing Federal programs or projects supporting administrative, operational, program management, or management consulting services.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Project or Program Manager on Federal Government contracts.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting executive-level organizations.
  • Experience developing project schedules, reports, executive briefings, performance metrics, and management documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
  • Experience supporting Federal facilities, real estate, workplace management, or administrative operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar collaboration and reporting tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required).
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal acquisition and contract management practices.
