Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, IDSI partners with leading defense companies and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. We are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services and continuously strive for excellence in our field. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.


Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing immersive visual solution projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, managing resources and logistics, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients.


Qualifications

  • Project coordination and control skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, track, and drive on-time delivery.
  • Inspection and quality assurance skills to verify that project components and installations meet technical and performance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with technical or AV/visual systems projects, immersive technologies, or related engineering environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
