Job Description:

  • 10–15 years of experience in CAD Administration
  • Hands-on knowledge in SolidWorks Admin and EPDM Vault
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SOLIDWORKS software and system configuration; provide technical support to users
  • Installation and configuration of SOLIDWORKS software and related tools on workstations or servers
  • Ensure SolidWorks PDM (Vault) is set up correctly and working; monitor infrastructure health
  • Service pack/upgrade installation, managing licenses and renewals, add/remove users, assign roles and permissions
  • Upgrade/maintain server, add new server tools, backup engineering data
  • Manage the release of new upgrades/versions
