AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Requirements (faculty):Completion of four (4) years of University level Physics or equivalent.Marking / Grading: 46 hours. Marking/grading of assignments, tests, midterm(s).
Contact with students: 10 hours. Helping students if needed / Office hours.
Preparation: 5 hours. The preparation of the answers for the quizzes, assignments.
Proctoring a final exam: 4 hours.
Please note: the proctoring of a final exam will be assigned by the Faculty of Science.
