CNC Operator – Night Shift
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $19 per hour (Entry Level)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our night-shift team. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines to produce highquality parts according to exact specifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to advance their machining skills in a stable, longterm role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC router machines
  • Load raw materials and secure workpieces
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Verify correct programs, tooling, speeds, and settings
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating CNC machines (router experience preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Basic CNC programming knowledge is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
