Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technicians to join our clients' manufacturing teams. These roles involve precise soldering, component placement, and quality assurance to ensure the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a clean, climate controlled, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!

1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday in Rochester Hills

2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 2:30am Monday-Thursday

Soldering Duties

  • Perform soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) using IPC 610 standards, ensuring high-quality connections.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot electronic assemblies.
  • Use computers to maintain detailed documentation of work processes and inspection results for quality control purposes.
  • Follow manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in soldering, PCB assembly, or related manufacturing roles. IPC certified preferred.
  • Ability to pass a soldering test.
  • Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), schematics, IPC standards.
  • Manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environments.
