Expected salary range of $133,200 to $148,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Maintain the overall responsibility for the Fix-It-Now (FIN) Team and the FIN Team's work to ensure that the Clean Energy Center (CEC) is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Supervises and provides guidance and direction to FIN Team Planner, and work crews.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to the FIN Team.
  • Informs and consults the Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems and to facilitate operations support, when required.
  • Approves return of work via the Work Week Management process that could not be accomplished by the FIN Team.
  • Conducts annual reviews of the FIN Team and reviews work order backlog.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
