Job Summary
As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a combination of technical skills and physical labor to contribute to the successful implementation of solar energy projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and secure solar panels
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for proper installation
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure project completion
- Maintain a safe work environment on construction sites
- Operate a forklift for material handling when necessary

Experience
- Previous experience with electrical work or construction site experience is preferred
- Familiarity with using a voltmeter and reading blueprints
- Knowledge of commercial electrician practices is a plus
- Understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and build skills in solar panel installation
