The Opportunity:

You will serve as the primary face of our company, helping local homeowners navigate residential exterior restoration projects with absolute honesty and transparency. This role empowers you to build a lucrative, long-term career using our comprehensive training systems and dedicated field production support. You will have the unique advantage of earning uncapped commission while providing an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with residential property owners to identify exterior restoration needs.
  • Present clear, transparent project estimates that reflect our high craftsmanship standards.
  • Guide homeowners smoothly through the contract signing process using established sales systems.
  • Coordinate closely with our dedicated production support team to ensure seamless project handoffs.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients from initial contact to project completion.
  • Achieve consistent weekly sales targets utilizing our comprehensive training and mentorship tools.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Self-motivated, competitive mindset with a commitment to maintaining high professional integrity.
  • Ability to travel outside a 30-mile radius of the Marion office for up to 10% of working hours.
  • Must be comfortable climbing on a roof and lifting up to 50lbs 


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or client-facing roles.
  • Previous experience utilizing smartphones or tablets for daily professional scheduling and reporting.
  • Previous sales experience in a product-based environment, such as automotive tires, mobile phones, solar, or other consumer products.
