Develop and oversee project schedules using Smartsheet and MS Project, understanding the intricacies of predecessor-successor relationships to ensure seamless transitions and milestone tracking. Possess a strong understanding of contracts and exhibits; select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors to align with project goals and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
