LGCY Solar Installation Services is seeking highly motivated industry specialists to join our growing team of elite solar professionals. We are seeking individuals that are ready to help us deliver on our mission: to provide an extraordinary customer experience while becoming the best version of ourselves and helping others to do the same.

In the Regional Site Survey Coordinator role, you will be part of ensuring our residential solar site surveys are scheduled in an organized and efficient manner. In this role you will be in direct contact with customers, site surveyors, local leadership and sales representatives daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Be a part of providing a safe, positive and efficient work environment
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding site surveys
  • Schedule all site surveys in the Regional East Coast Markets
  • Verify all site survey reschedules
  • Remain informed of market policy and legislative solar issues
  • Perform additional duties as determined by the District Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and organizational techniques
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong abilities to prioritize and execute simultaneous tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated

  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Weekends and OT may be required but not expected
  • Workdays and start times are subject to change dependent on weather & additional requirements
