BEAR Facility Supply is an Expanding B2B Consumable Supply Company who seeks a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join its team. We're looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge within the Jan-San industry. All tools necessary to be successful will be provided.  This is an exciting opportunity that offers a base salary, company-paid health insurance, plus uncapped commission earning potential via selling products and equipment most businesses use daily, including:

  • Janitorial Supplies 
  • Paper products 
  • Trash liners
  • Soaps and dispensers 
  • Cleaning chemicals 
  • Safety Supplies 
  • Facility maintenance products 
  • Other commercial consumables 

Pay: 

  • Base Pay: $45,000 / year + Commissions
  • OTE compensation expected to fall within the $90k-$110k range during the first year of employment
