Job description

Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one sales manager to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 112 W 2nd Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We are looking for someone who is able to make sales calls daily with the possibility of outside demo work.


Pay Rate: TBD- based off of experience and expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Make and meet sales call goals
  • Attending weekly meetings with ownership to go over goals and sales information
  • Train, coach, and develop sales reps
  • Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs
  • Build and maintain strong clientele relationships


Qualifications

  • Experience working in a sales position
  • Ability to manage and lead a team to success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel preferred, but not required
