Job Description OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution of a multi-year, multi-site international program involving laboratory facility renovation, diagnostic equipment procurement, and biological risk management capacity building in Indonesia. The PM serves as the primary interface with the government client and holds full accountability for cost, schedule, and performance across all contract deliverables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as single point of accountability for all program activities across three geographically dispersed sites Direct cross-functional teams including construction, training, logistics, subcontractors, and in-country staff Develop, maintain, and report against a fully integrated master schedule (IMS) and financial plan Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress and financial reports, program management plans, and meeting minutes Manage risk registers, subcontract compliance, and corrective action processes Facilitate biannual Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the government client Ensure compliance with applicable U.S

and Indonesian regulatory requirements, property accountability, and security protocols Basic Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and 10 years of project management experience, OR Master's degree and 7 years of experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or contractor-equivalent credential (equivalent must be identified) Demonstrated experience managing international, multi-site construction or technical programs Experience working with or in support of U.S. government contracts preferred Must reside within two time zones of Jakarta, Indonesia during performance Other Job Requirements Preferred Qualifications To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
