A Project Manager oversees property damage mitigation projects from start to finish.  This person will be effective when they can manage communication with the property owner, our Production Crew, and the insurance companies, along with other contractors as needed. 
Job Responsibilities include:
Scoping:  determine what is the problem and the extent of damage.
Estimating:  write a detailed and thorough estimate to mitigate the damage using our estimating software.
Job Management:  coordinate crews to ensure the work is properly completed, schedule the work, and monitor the project through to completion.
Effective Communication:  maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Billing:  closeout the job and provide billing information and final estimate to our billing office.

The office is in Augusta and the role requires in person attendance at the office on a daily basis.  There is local travel and a company car is provided.  
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 with a quarterly bonus based on performance.  The base salary is based on experience.
