What You'll Do:
You'll manage multiple solar projects from design through commissioning, serving as the critical link between our clients' construction teams and our solar installation partners. Your day-to-day will include coordinating solar array layouts with architectural plans, consulting on equipment placement and sizing, and ensuring seamless integration with building construction schedules. You'll negotiate agreements, manage budgets and timelines, and guide projects through permitting and utility interconnection processes.
What Makes This Role Exciting:
You'll work at the dynamic intersection of solar technology and building construction, solving unique technical challenges while building lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders. Every project is different, requiring creative problem-solving and adaptability as you navigate the evolving landscape of clean energy development.
You'll Thrive If You:
- Are energized by coordinating across multiple internal and external parties and building strong, productive partnerships
- Enjoy technical problem-solving and aren't intimidated by complex, changing project conditions
- Take pride in delivering high-quality results on time and on budget
- Want meaningful work that creates lasting environmental and social impact in communities while advancing your project management career

Project Execution & Coordination
- Deliver multiple solar projects on-time and within budget through seamless coordination with many internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure solar installations are optimally integrated with building construction schedules and layouts, preventing delays and design conflicts
- Maintain efficient project momentum through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder accountability
- Execute agreements and partnerships that support reliable project delivery and company reputation
- Transition projects smoothly from sales to construction while preserving client commitments and budget alignment
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring positive client experience throughout project delivery
- Resolve routine concerns independently while managing expectations across multiple stakeholder groups
- Enhance company reputation through strong partnerships with architects, general contractors, and installation teams
Documentation & Financial Management
- Support accurate company financial planning through reliable project budget tracking and timeline management
- Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project progression through timely, accurate documentation submission
- Maintain accessible project records that enable effective team coordination and decision-making
Process Improvement & Team Contribution
- Reduce project risks and costs through identification and implementation of process improvements
- Enable team scaling and knowledge sharing through standardized workflows and collaborative learning
- Minimize management oversight requirements through independent problem resolution
