Primary Responsibilities:

SAP Integration Design & Development

  • Design and implement SAP interfaces using SAP PO and/or SAP CPI.
  • Develop integrations between SAP and external systems such as:
    • MES / WMS / SRM
    • Financial or logistics platforms
    • Third-party manufacturing or automation systems
  • Perform mapping, routing, and message transformation in integration flows.
  • Support API, IDoc, RFC, Web Service, and file-based integrations.

Automation & Enhancement

  • Analyze business requirements and deliver new interface or automation solutions.
  • Enhance and optimize existing integrations for performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, IT, and external vendors during implementation.

Support, Debugging, and Operations

  • Provide L1/L2 production support for SAP interfaces and automation jobs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution across:
    • PO/CPI
    • ABAP programs
    • Interface message monitoring
  • Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and documentation of integration processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance stakeholders.
  • Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, or carve-out projects.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP integration or interface development.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SAP PO and/or SAP CPI
    • SAP ABAP debugging or development
    • SAP Basis knowledge
  • Proven experience in manufacturing industry SAP environments.
  • Experience implementing SAP external system integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support capability.

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of SAP Basis, including:
    • Transport management
    • Job monitoring
    • System connectivity
  • Experience with:
    • S/4HANA integration
    • Cloud integration / APIs
  • Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and interface governance.
  • Strong communication skills in cross-functional and global teams.
