  • Schedule: Monday - Thurdsay, 7:00am - 5:30pm, potential for overtime

What You'll Do
As an RV Technician, you will partner with our team of cabinet makers, metal fabricators and upholstery Team Members to customize and upgrade Airstream travel trailers like you have never seen before!
You will also strive to provide excellent guest service to external and internal Guests/Team Members to maintain Guest/Team Member relations. This is just a snapshot of what this important role provides to our team!
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ Years RV electrical upgrades experience
  • Experience Installing Victron Energy Components to build off grid power systems
  • Experience installing Solar energy systems, including Solar panels and Victron Energy charge controllers.
  • 2+ years of experience in RV, automotive, Adventure Van Building or related trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
  • Experience installing 12-volt Lithium-ion battery banks / 120-volt AC electrical components
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot wiring and component systems
  • Experience with RV plumbing, RV appliances, RV heating and Air conditioning systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing safe, high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with guests, service personnel, and shop leadership.
  • RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
