This is a rare opportunity to build a brand-new Solar & Renewables division from the ground up, shaping its operational infrastructure, team, and delivery capability from day one. The business will specialise mainly in solar panel installation, battery storage, and EV charger installation.

Our client is a well-resourced, ambitious business launching this division with genuine backing and growth ambition from a household name. This is a high-profile, senior appointment reporting into the Operational Leadership Team, with real scope to shape strategy and leave a lasting mark on the business. The Role: As Head of Solar Operations, you will take full ownership of divisional performance, from strategic planning and operational delivery through to compliance, team development, and customer satisfaction.

You'll build the team and systems that turn this into a leading solar installation provider, with the autonomy to make it your own.
