We are looking for motivated, energetic, and coachable individuals to join our team as Solar Inspection Appointment Setters. This is a unique opportunity to travel, earn strong commissions, receive elite sales training, and build a career in one of the fastest-growing sectors in home services and energy.

No solar experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and a proven system that allows you to focus on what you do best: connecting with homeowners and setting appointments.

What You'll Be Doing/ Field setter work 10-14 days in the field setting appointments.

Your job is simple:

• Follow a pre-planned route of homes that already have solar panels installed.

  • Enjoy making money while getting some exercise

• Speak with homeowners and offer a complimentary professional solar system inspection.

• Schedule appointments for our licensed solar technicians and energy consultants.

• Set proper expectations and help homeowners understand the value of having their system evaluated.

• Work closely with experienced closers who will conduct the inspection and consultation.

You will be provided with:

• Optimized daily routes

• Homeowner names

• Addresses

• Contact information

• Training and scripts

• Ongoing coaching and support

Compensation

Performance-Based Pay

• $1000 per closed sale

• Additional $500 bonus when the battery is installed

Our average setter who consistently works the system and sets the minimum daily appointment goal is earning approximately:
