Position Overview: The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth for JR&CO by generating exciting new business opportunities and nurturing ongoing revenue streams. Essential Functions:

  • Make initial contacts and establish relationships with decision makers and targeted markets
  • Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
  • Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth, maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities

  • Cold calling and acquisition experience preferred


Training, Support, and Development

  • Paid 4 Weeks of training including roofing industry, construction education, and sales training.
  • Marketing materials and CRM access
  • Fully equipped office and support staff at JR & Co., Inc. National Headquarters office, centrally located in Kansas City, MO.
  • Ongoing, paid, professional development including new products, and sales training.


Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  • Indoor office environment and outdoor door-to-door sales calling
  • Local travel to engage with clients
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client availability
