If you enjoy working in the field, solving real-world problems, and being hands-on with solar projects—this role is for you.

You’ll be the eyes of the engineering team, visiting homes, assessing conditions, and ensuring each solar installation is set up for success from day one.



🔍 What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct on-site surveys for residential solar projects
  • Capture photos of roofs, surroundings, and electrical panels
  • Evaluate roof condition (materials, structure, viability)
  • Assess shading (trees, positioning, height, sun exposure)
  • Inspect electrical panels and identify system readiness
  • Take accurate measurements (roof size, angles, mounting space)
  • Identify potential risks or installation challenges
  • Document findings and share clear reports with engineering
  • Occasionally support service-related visits



🛠️ What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in solar, roofing, construction, or field work
  • Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems
  • Understanding of roof structures and solar installations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
