POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the operations of the company and will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including:
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Accounts payable/receivable invoice verification, coding, and entry
  • Entering daily logs
  • Assist in scheduling jobs
  • Managing the office supplies
  • Answer phones, filing and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
BENEFITS
Starting wage $$22.00- $26.00 /hour depending on experience. R etirement program including profit sharing. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid vacation, sick, and holidays available immediately
Position Requirements
  • Associate degree or prior experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the Office suite
  • Experience with computerized accounting software
