Rhode Island's fastest-growing home improvement company is seeking an experienced canvassing leader to build, lead, and scale our door-to-door marketing team.

We specialize in roofing, windows, siding, and bathroom remodeling and have built our reputation on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and consistent growth. Due to expansion, we are looking for a proven leader who can recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing canvassing operation.

This is a leadership opportunity with substantial earning potential for someone with a successful background managing canvassing teams in home improvement, solar, roofing, windows, or related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, and onboard canvassing representatives
  • Train and develop new and existing team members
  • Lead daily and weekly team meetings
  • Conduct field training and ride-alongs
  • Monitor team performance and establish accountability standards
  • Develop canvassing scripts, training programs, and lead-generation strategies
