Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Field Operations Manager to lead and inspire our team of door knockers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our door‑knocking team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of door knockers to generate leads and set appointments for our solar consultants.
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
