Our heart beats for talents - be one of them. To strengthen our motivated Maintenance Team at our Charlotte, NC plant, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager. Your Role You will develop, implements and monitors regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

You will develop and implement procedures to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. You ensure proper procedure and coverage for emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. You will oversees maintenance technicians with mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Your Profile You have a minimum of at least 2 years certificate from a Technical school in Industrial Technology. You have already gained 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
