DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be positive. Work hard. Listen and learn. Always find ways to become more knowledgeable & valuable.
  • Make sure all tools, supplies, and products are ready to go for the next day's install so the mornings are
    very efficient.
  • At the job site:
    • Take before and after pictures
    • Ask permission from homeowner, then set up yard signs close to curb for any job in the city
    • Learn and assist with all aspects of window installation
  • Turn in job costing information / hours breakdown at the conclusion of every job
  • Keep warehouse, pickup, and trailer clean and organized
  • Wash pickup and trailer as needed (minimum 2x month)
  • Plan to help with deliveries as needed, including checking in products at the warehouse
  • Assist with Service or Warehouse as needed
  • Assist New Construction / Commercial business as needed - trim outs (screens and hardware installation), deliveries, measurements
  • Learn all aspects of the business - this makes you more valuable and increases your skill base
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs
