Join our team, and do work that matters! What you’ll be doing

Our Project Coordinators manage our solar and energy storage projects from start to finish, efficiently driving the project through each stage of the life cycle and serving as the client’s main point of contact. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful installation, meet operational benchmarks, and deliver a stellar customer service experience.

Key Duties:
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding project specifics and system design, including implementing proposed solutions and tracking estimated timeframes
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Field client issues, **escalate** to appropriate teams if needed, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Articulate technical concepts, product specifications, and design criteria to clients and external stakeholders
  • Manage our new home pipeline and coordinate with general contractors regarding build status
  • Document project specifics and updates in our project management software
  • Track milestones and expedite projects per required benchmarks
  • Provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage client expectations
About you

Our ideal Project Coordinator has prior PV or applicable experience, allowing them to effortlessly navigate technical aspects while balancing excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone who is familiar with the solar industry and has a keen sense of analytical thinking with an eye for attention to detail. Candidates who excel in this role can easily translate their industry knowledge into digestible conversations and can hold their own when working with other tradespeople.

Qualifications:
  • Prior industry experience required
  • Energy storage system experience a plus
  • General construction knowledge a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams
  • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate industry-specific terminology
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including developing business relationships with internal and external parties
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop additional industry knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
