You are organized, proactive and communicative, and your crew respects you. You have extensive electrical experience and a passion for solar. You know a lot, but you also understand that there is always a lot to learn. You have a proven track record of seeking out knowledge and training. You reference and remember what you read in the NEC Code Book. You lead by example, value efficiency and you never cut corners. Aesthetics are important to you (is that perfectly plumb and centered?). Homeowners and business owners love you because it's obvious that you care about them and their property. You measure twice (or more) and cut once. You understand the importance of preparing in advance and asking questions.
