Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Call Center Order Processor to join our fast-paced and growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing top-level customer support. This position plays a vital role in coordinating orders, assisting customers, and supporting our installers and sales team to ensure every job runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

· Process flooring orders accurately using company software and established procedures.

· Communicate clearly with customers, installers, and account managers to confirm order details and scheduling.

· Speak directly with installers to address their needs or promptly route their requests to the appropriate team member for timely resolution.

· Provide quotes, product information, and order status updates to customers.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with patience and professionalism.

· Collaborate with warehouse and installation departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

· Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

· Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (flooring or construction industry preferred).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).

· Spanish language skills are optional but considered a major plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
