Responsibilities:

  • install, maintain, and repair existing electrical equipment;
  • diagnose, install, and repair solar, storage systems, electrical components and EV chargers;
  • determine the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs;
  • identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects;
  • evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects;
  • manage and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly; communicate and document progress to customers and relevant employees;
  • work with CRM ServiceTitan;
  • follow established processes and procedures;
  • follow safe work practices and take the customer's safety as the primary concern.

Job Requirements:

  • electrical Experience: 2 years in the USA as needed;
  • solar installation experience (preferred);
  • C10 license (preferred);
  • good driving record and valid driver's license as needed;
  • physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed;
