Solar Field Technician – Lead Residential and Commercial Solar Installations
Job Overview

You will serve as a high-impact field leader, taking extreme ownership of diverse residential and commercial solar projects. This role empowers you to drive excellence in craftsmanship while building systems that help a scaling company reach the next level of operational success. You will be a vital protector of the company’s reputation, ensuring every installation is code-compliant, efficient, and professional.


How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute high-quality solar installations with a focus on clean, code-compliant electrical and structural work.
