We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead multifamily electrical operations in the Carrboro, NC area. This is an immediate opening for a motivated leader who can manage field teams, oversee projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Position Overview
As a Multifamily Residential Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations, lead electricians in the field, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety and code requirements. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
  • Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets
  • Ensure all work meets NEC codes, quality standards, and regulations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and site personnel
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory
  • Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and work orders
  • Identify training needs and support team development

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
