We are an end to end renewable energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.
JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Concrete Professional to join our construction team. You should be able to pour, spread, and smooth concrete mixtures to match the given specifications. Besides, you should also be able to plan and build forms. You should be able to give the concrete structures a finishing touch by using various sealants and waterproofing solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mixing, pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete
  • Designing and setting up forms
  • Molding expansion joints and edges as per the instructions
  • Adding stones, colors, and other decorative items to give it a finishing touch
  • Using waterproofing solutions and various sealants to protect the concrete
  • Estimating the number of materials required and the project completion timeline
  • Reviewing and conducting repairs/restoration of concrete structures
  • Clearing the worksite of any stones, debris, and equipment before and after work
  • Adhering to the health and safety protocols at all times
  • Placing order and arranging for the transportation of materials required for the work
  • Other duties as assigne, willing to pitch in on other trades on job site
Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience in the construction industry as a concrete laborer, concrete finisher, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of the safety and health protocols governing the industry
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools like shovels, rakes, mixer, forklifts, and power washer
  • Skilled and having excellent physical dexterity
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Having a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends
  • Willingness to travel to different locations and work in extreme weather conditions
  • A team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable Transportation within 70 miles of area
