Both roles are outdoor, industry-specific, and involve working with solar energy systems, but Solar Farm No Experience positions are more accessible for newcomers.

What entry-level tasks can I expect to perform when starting at a solar farm with no prior experience?

When beginning a position at a solar farm without previous experience, you will typically be assigned hands-on tasks such as assisting with the installation of solar panels, basic site maintenance, cleaning panels, and supporting experienced technicians with equipment setup. Safety training and adherence to protocols are emphasized, so you may also help monitor work areas for hazards. This foundational work allows you to gain practical skills and gradually take on more complex responsibilities as you become familiar with solar technology and workflow.
