This role is a common starting point for those looking to pursue a career in the solar energy or electrical fields.

To thrive as a Solar Electrical Helper, you need a basic understanding of electrical systems, familiarity with safety protocols, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with hand and power tools, knowledge of solar panel installation processes, and OSHA safety certification are commonly required.
