Job description

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking dedicated and skilled Solar Installers to join our team with a strong background in Mechanical. As a leading provider of solar energy solutions in the region, SES is committed to helping homeowners harness the power of solar energy to reduce their carbon footprint and save on energy costs.

Are you the right candidate for this opportunity? If you possess a background in solar energy or construction and can easily commute to Ashland, VA (within a 40-minute drive), this could be the perfect position for you!

Responsibilities
  • Install solar panels and associated components on residential rooftops
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations
  • Perform electrical wiring and connections for residential solar systems
  • Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service during installation and post-installation support

Requirements

  • Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
