Capstone Solutions is a locally owned construction telecommunications company seeking an Electrical / Electrician Apprentice for the greater Kent/Seattle area.  Must be willing to travel (per diem provided).

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications as required by clients.
  • Ability to run wire and install electrical components/equipment in a neat and quality manner.
  • Ability to take directions and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to learn and use electronic testing equipment.
  • Support all aspects of electrical equipment installations.
  • Organize materials and tools to work efficiently and maintain clean and neat work areas.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Willing to work outside of normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, when needed.
  • Self-starter with the desire and ability to learn and retain new knowledge.
  • Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good work ethic, positive attitude, and team-mentality.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to learn and retain new information.
  • Hold valid driver's license with good MVR and reliable form of transportation.
  • High School graduate, GED or equivalent.
  • Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical fit for work tasks.


Preferred Qualifications + Certifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in Washington CITC Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Bloodborne Pathogens 
  • OSHA 10
